the food groups and charities in order to ensure that the grant money was spent for the purpose intended. The vote, undertaken by way of a roll-call, was carried. The votes were recorded as follows: For the Motion: Councillors Phil Baker, Jon Harvey, Tessa Hodgson, Bob Kilmister, Paul Miller, Neil Prior, Cris Tomos, Guy Woodham and David Simpson [9] There were no votes against or abstentions. RESOLVED That the schedule of grant awards, as detailed in Annex A, be approved.
