For the amendment (19) - Councillors Ali, Blake, Bonsell, Boulton, Brooks, Crockett, Farquhar, Graham, Grant, Houghton, Kusznir, Macdonald, McLeod, Malik, Massey, Mrs Stewart, Thomson, Tissera and Watson. The Council resolved:- to adopt the motion.
