(1) Tabling further amendments (clause 3 amend point 7):- For the motion (11) – Provost Bissett and Depute Provost Balfour; and Councillors Binnie, Bouse, Collie, Deakin, Devine, Forrest, Garner, Meiklejohn and Sinclair. For the amendment (18) – Councillors Aitchison, Anslow, Brown, Buchanan, Bundy, Flynn, Hannah, Kelly, Kerr, McCabe, Murtagh, Nimmo, Paterson, Patrick, Redmond, Ritchie, Spears and Stainbank.
