13.27 Councillor Tam reiterated her opposition to the amendment and criticised what she described as Labour's failure to take stronger action. The Chair concluded the discussion and conducted a vote. 13.28 The amended motion was passed by a majority, with Cllrs Shrivastava and Tam voting against and the Speaker abstaining. The meeting was then formally closed.
