Following consideration of the report, a recorded vote was taken on the recommendation as outlined in the agenda, whereupon there voted: For the recommendation: Mrs. C. Elmer, C.R. Green, Mrs. M. Marshall, Mrs. K. Randolph, C.R. Sadler, S.J. Selleck, Mrs. T. Shipley and Mrs. J.R. Turner (8) Against the recommendation: (0) Abstentions: (0) The Leader declared the recommendation as having been carried and accordingly the Cabinet Recommended: that the Covid-19 Recovery Plan be noted.
