RESOLVED: that Councillor Brian Edwards be elected as leader of the Council. In accordance with Council Procedure Rule 3 the roll call of members was as follows: all members present voted in favour of the election of Councillor Edwards with the exception of Councillors P Allen, C Steel, W Fisher, C Benton, I Sadler and G Burnett who abstained
