. The substantive motion was then put to the vote. The Monitoring Officer conducted a recorded vote on the substantive motion as follows: 32 Councillors voted in favour of the motion: Councillor Albon, Ara Austin, Boyd, J.Bright, K.Bright, Britcher, Crittenden, Currie, Donaldson, Driver, Duckworth, Edwards, Everitt, Farooki, Garner, Green, Huxley, Keen, Makinson, Matterface, Pat Moore, Nixey, Ovenden, Owen-Hughes, Pressland, H.Scobie, W.Scobie, Smith, Whitehead, Wing and Yates. 16 Councillors voted against the amended motion: Councillor Bayford, Davis, Dawson, Dennis, Evans, Fellows, Kup, Manners, Paul Moore, Nichols, Oxborrow, Pugh, Rattigan, Rogers, Scott and Wright. No Councillor voted to abstain. The substantive was AGREED.
