e potential to make a huge contribution to our Borough. A request for a recorded vote was made under Council Procedure Rule 17.4 by Councillors Newmark, Grey and Butler and the voting was as follows: For the motion: Councillors Butler, Challice, Evans, Gray, Matthews, Myers, Newmark, Ozarow, Richards, and Vince. Against the motion: Councillors Bright, Briski, Carter, Clapper, Choudhury, Eni, Graham, Heywood, P Hodgson-Jones, Lambert, Lyon, Morris, Mortimer, Plancey, Quilty, Reeve, Rosehill, Rutledge, A Sachdev, M Sachdev, Selby, Silver, Spencer, Susmann and Turner. The motion was lost. Councillor Ozarow declared an Other Pecuniary interest and left the Chamber for the debate and vote on the subsequent motion. C
