rms but broadly there was a positive picture over 3 years for which the authority should be thankful. A recorded vote took place on all recommendations within the report, taken en-bloc. The following Members voted in favour of the recommendations: Councillors R Francis, Mrs F Grottick, Mrs A Bedford, T Dean, S Sims, D Marcus, J Williams, H Legg, Mrs A Mumford, E Rodger, S Watt. There were no votes against the recommendations nor any abstentions. Resolved: 1. That approval be given for the financial year 2023-24 the Council
