There voted against: Councillors P Ainsley, N Begy, G Brown, J Fox, O Hemsley, and A Walters. With 16 votes in favour, and 6 against, the motion was carried. RESOLVED That Council 1) APPROVED the General Fund Budget (Net Expenditure) for 2023/24 of £46.549m (section 9) 2) APPROVED b
