As required under Council Procedure Rule CP71b, the votes of the councillors on the motion were noted and recorded, as they related to the setting of the Council's budget. The voting was as follows: For the motion: Councillors Barker, Eyre, Hassall, Jennings, Pandey, Pattison, J Pearce, T Pearce, Potter, Poulter, Roulstone, Smale, Webb, Williams and Wood (15). Against the motion: Councillors Atwal, Care, Carr, Evans, Froggatt, Graves, C Ingall, P Ingall, Kus, Lind, Lindsey, Lonsdale, Naitta, Prosser, Skelton and Testro (16).
