The voting was as follows: For the motion: Councillors Amin, Ashby, Atwal, Bolton, Bonser, Care, Chambers, Dhindsa, Hezelgrave, Kaur, J Khan, S Khan, Kozlowski, Lonsdale, Martin, Nawaz, Onuoha, Peatfield, Rawson, Repton, Shanker, Swan, Whitby, Wilson and C Wright (25). Against the motion: Councillors Evans and Prosser (2).
