Nicholson, Porter, Ray, Dr. Riley, Roche, Snedker, Storr, Toms and Wallis (30) Against the Motion – The Mayor, Councillors Bartch, Crudass, Mrs. Culley, Dulston, Durham, Keir, Laing, Marshall, K. Nicholson, Mrs. Scott, Tostevin and Walters (13) Abstentions - None (0) (Note: Councillors Lee, Mammolotti, Pease and Renton were not present at the meeting at the time the vote was taken.)
